Dabei ist \u00fcber der Kammer eine bereits \u00e4ltere \u201eSanierung\u201c aufgetaucht. Angenagelte, dicke Gipsplatten mit Rohrmatte drin. Der Gips hat so die Feuchtigkeit angezogen, dass ich die N\u00e4gel nicht mit dem Eisen ziehen konnte, alles abgeschmoddert. Da muss nochmal mit der Bei\u00dfzange rangegangen werden.
